Just to let you all know we are doing fine here. Dommy's 16+. A little weak on the hind legs sometimes but good appetite. May 2019 be good to everyone.
Thank you for being concerned about us Sandee :)
Just to let everyone know that we are okay. Our family EXPPPPAANDED :D
We don't have much time to blog/write anymore. Too many dogs to bathe..hahahaha... but we are all happy. Life is more balanced even with more dogs.
Dommy is older and getting very old. He's 13+. He sleeps on most days and snores. Sometimes his heart skips a beat and his body shakes.. like starting up again. Scary to watch but he's doing fine. But huge appetite. Still fat with thin legs.
We do post pictures on FB once in awhile.

Catch us there :)
We run the adoptables page on FB with a few friends.

Most of the cats and dogs from the shelter are just waiting for a home but there's really not many good homes out there. People still prefer to buy animals from petshops and support puppy mills while many dogs/cats in shelter suffer. Pedigree and breed specific.
There's more to do regarding animal welfare in our country. More on education and changing mindsets. There's really not enough hours in a day to just lie low and play dead with the dogs on the floor.
We apologise to most of our blogger friends for not visiting.
Hope everyone is doing great. We will hopefully be visiting everyone soon.
We do miss all of you. Maybe one day when we are older... and retired.. we will write again :)
How did we get to May from February?
People do say that when you are happy... time flies. Or when you are older, time speeds up. Or... when you don't manage your time well... you don't get to blog.
We have been occupied and getting to know our brown girl. Her name's back to being Chachi. The name that her first owner gave her. *LOL* She seems to respond better to that name.
Dom is Dom. Dom is older and more dots. Slower on some days... we have some good days and not so good days. He had his bloodtest again to check on stuffs. He might haveta go in for the dentals and remove all his broken bad teeth soon. Once and for all and be a old toothless Dommy. His vet says she can do it and has done it on old and very old dogs. I am just worried he won't wake up.
Pipster's mom just wrote a book about him. We have ordered ours. Have you got yours? Can't wait to have it in our hands. Click on the badge below and get yours! 20% of total sales will be donated to rescued and sheltered dogs and cats.. and animals. I know it will be a wonderful book... and a something to remind us of dear Pip.
We can't keep up too much on blogging but we'll try. We are sorry we have been away. Everything is mobile. The internet is in your pocket. Most things move too fast.
Catch up with all of you again. Take care and maybe we'll try harder to blog :)
Rule 01 - Never leave crunchy curious stuffs lying around on the couch with a bored dog in the morning.
... they were really crunchy but grandpa doesn't think so. I am in trubbles.

My wabi-sabi friend Pirate. We have to sometimes find beauty in imperfections. There are no perfect lives too. So lighten up and soak up the imperfections of life and enjoy the present.
A poor life this is if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
We have no time to stand and stare.

My first stuffie in my forever home. Its name is Zoey. Its a free toy which my hoomans got from Zoetis.
Zoey wears an orange vest which i love to take off. She used to have a pink nose too but it was rather tasty so iate it gave it a good crunch and its now noseless. I hope Zoey can still smell.

All is quiet in the house. Both furry and furry are a snoooooooozing away and having dreams chasing turkeys around the table.
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in my home but we love turkeys.. especially a succulent roast turkey. We however are thankful for each day that we can wake up and be alive to create more colors and be of use to others.
