A follow up from yesterday's post on Stroke. Someone commented that I should post about the word Act F.A.S.T. too.

F.A.S.T. is also a good acronym to help remember stroke signs and symptoms:
Face - Arms - Speech - Time...to call 9-1-1.

Found this video on Youtube. It is NHS advert educating about what to do when someone has a stroke. Hope it would be useful.
